During the discussions in the Parliament speaker Armen Khachatryan and Galust Sahakyan, the head of political majority of Parliament were developing the idea:those at the Parliament platform infringe the Constitution and not the reglament. They are infringers of the law. It's possible to institute proceedings against those at the platform.
