The 1st tour of Armenian Chess Championship is over. After the 7th tour Artashes Minasyan is heading the tournament list. Minasyan has an opportunity to become 2004 Champion of Armenia.

Karen Asryan in the 2nd place has 5 points. Arman Pashikyan is the 3rd with 4,5 points.

A chess player winning the 1st place will be granted 1.500.000 drams. The 2nd winner will get 900.000 drams and the holder of the 3rd place – 400.000 drams.
