Dzorakap village of Shirak Province, which is the birthplace of Mushegh Saghatelyan, former Head of Department for Penitentiaries, boycotts the elections .

Both the 700 voters of the village and committee members, who are villagers, too, didn’t take part in the elections, saying their co-villager is illegally in imprisonment, so they don’t want to partake in the elections, conducted by unlawful authorities .
