According to the information of the press service of the RA Defense Ministry, on November 4 at around 2 p.m. the MI-24 military helicopter belonging to the RA Armed Forces turned around and collided in the Erebuni airport of Yerevan as it was preparing for another sport/instructive flight. Pilot, Captain Arshak Nersisyan died as a result of the crash. A case has been brought up and legal proceedings are underway.

The RA Defense Ministry expresses deep condolences to the family and friends of Captain Nersisyan.
