Black ice on some parts of Goris-Sisian highway
The Ministry of Transport, Communication and Information Technologies of Armenia informs that on January 22, 09:30, there is black ice on Goris-Sisian highway. Vardenyants Pass is difficult to pass for passenger cars, and is closed for heavy-duty and slippery vehicles.
