Black ice on roads of Aparan and Gavar regions
The Ministry of Emergency Situations reports that as of 08:30, there is black ice on the roads of Aparan and Gavar regions. All the interstate and republican roads are open. Road construction contractors perform cleaning and salt and sand processing on roads.
