There is no atmosphere of hatred in Karaganda - Arman Abovyan (video)
Arman Abovyan, a member of the Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP), told A1 + that he had been in Karaganda yesterday. "I was there by the recommendation of Gagik Tsarukyan, I can say that there is no atmosphere of hatred, tension is provoked by another force; now I will not mention names; the policemen are fully controlling all the Armenian objects and restaurants."
