LIVE. MPs receive parliament mandates by solemn ceremony (video)
A solemn ceremony of giving deputies of the 7th convocation National Assembly (NA) of Armenia their parliamentary mandates is taking place at the A. Spendiaryan Opera and Ballet National Academic Theatre, in capital city Yerevan. This time the order of the ceremony has changed. MPs will not be given mandates by the CEC Chairman Tigran Mukuchyan, but by the voters. Voters from 13 constituencies and two voters from those who voted for the first time were will give the mandate, as well as the oldest voter.
