Eduard Sharmazanov: One should have such a luck (video)
Republican Party of Armenia's MP Ruzanna Muradyan's deputy mandate was given to Naira Karapetyan. Naira Karapetyan had taken part in today's sitting of the National Assembly during which the oath ceremony took place. Vice Speaker of the National Assembly Eduard Sharmazanov responded after reading the oath's text. "One should have such a luck to swear in the presence of the Prime Minister, government, not like us." To remind, Ruzanna Muradyan, a member of the RPA faction, filed a petition to put down her parliamentary mandate.
