Grain as cause of traffic
The RA Ministry of Transport, Communication and Information Technology informs that on November 12, at 11:00, Stepantsminda-Lars highway is open for all means of transport. From Russia to Georgia, about 2 km, there are accumulation of vehicles, the main cause of which is grain trucks. According to the information, the number of Armenian cars in the queue is 1/5.
