Draft law prohibiting homosexual marriages presented to National Assembly
A draft law prohibiting homosexual marriages has been presented to the RA National Assembly, the author of which is the Chairman of the Standing Committee on Science, Education, Culture, Youth and Sport, MP Tigran Urikhanyan. The bill proposes to include a ban on marriages between two persons of the same sex in the Family Code.
