In what case can the elections be declared invalid? - Clarification of CEC Chairman (video)
CEC Chairman Tigran Mukuchyan, in an interview with 1in.am, touched upon the rumors that in case of insufficient number of voters in elections, the Council of Elders elections can be declared invalid.
