International referee Ashot Vardapetyan has been appointed chief arbiter of the Carlsen-Caruana championship. The final World Chess Grand Prix will be held in London on November 9-28. To recall, Vardapetyan has an experience in this domain. He has been a chief arbiter of Anand-Gelfand in 2012 and Anand-Carlsen in 2013.
