Robert Kocharyan to not participate in celebration of Independence Day
Armenia's second President Robert Kocharyan will not attend the Independence Day celebration on September 21 as well. Victor Soghomonyan, head of Kocharyan's office, told Azatutyun.am. Prime Minister's Chief of Staff Eduard Aghajanyan has recently said that "regardless of the public attitude towards the former presidents, they have been invited to take part in the events dedicated to the Independence Day of Armenia."
