The European Court of Human Rights has satisfied the lawsuit filed by RA citizen Ashot Gulyan against Armenia. He applied to court after his 30-year-old son, Levon, was summoned to the police on a case on May 12, 2007 and was found dead. His corpse was found in the yard of the RA Police building with multiple injuries. No other version has been investigated during the preliminary investigation. No one has been held liable for Levon Gulyan's death. The European Court has found that the rights of life and trial have been violated. According to the ECHR decision, Gulyan family will be fined 500,000 euros as moral conversion and 2000 euros for litigation costs
