A few days ago search operation was carried out in the office of the "Christian Value System and Traditional Family Protection" initiative within the framework of a criminal case filed by the SIS and NSS chiefs on the wiretapping case. Hayk Nahapetyan and Hayk Ayvazyan, members of the "Christian Value System and Traditional Family Protection" initiative, presented details of the search at a press conference today. "The search operation was made on Monday morning. It was written that Hayk Ayvazyan and I were the ones who were involved in this wiretapping. We had our office for more than two years, there was no any secret related to our office. We treat this statement with a smile, which does not have anything to do with reality," says Hayk Nahapetyan. The latter mentions that they confiscated all computers, even personal computers, storage devices, and video cameras. They also searched Hayk Ayvazyan's house and searched drugs and weapons. "I think that weapons or drugs have nothing to do with this case," said Hayk Nahapetyan. Hayk Ayvazyan said that the search operation took place at his parents' home. They said they were looking for weapons, drugs and wiretappers. Members of the initiative link the search with their activities, particularly the fact that they are against LGBT propaganda. The members of the initiative state that all the domains of Armenia are under the external management and if they are given the status of the suspect or the accused, that will be for their views.
