Today, Vahan Babayan, the founder of the Reformist party, told journalists that they have not presented large-scale programs to Yerevan City Council elections because people usually listen to the first number of the party list.
According to him, Artak Avetyan, a candidate for mayor of Yerevan, has mentioned 10 points in the program, which have different directions.
“The first point refers to creating green areas. Yerevan has a health problem that is related to environmental issues. There are points in the program on the creation of ground and underground parking spaces, intelligent traffic lights.”
Vahan Babayan mentions that Yerevan must have a unique architectural face, and those who eliminate it should be punished by law.
The party leader also touched upon the domestic political life of Armenia, noting that the situation is tense and the political forces are divided into groups.
“Who supports Robert Kocharyan, criticizes Nikol Pashinyan, and who supports the prime minister, criticizes Robert Kocharyan. In this situation, the solution will be the meeting of Nikol Pashinyan and Robert Kocharyan. This is the reformists’ offer. “
