IQOS and RA Law on Excise Taxes (video)
The IQOS's Heets product sold in Armenia in 2018 is taxed by not by the number of boxes, but by weight. One box of ordinary cigarette excise tax is 145 AMD, and if we convert the kilograms into boxes then it will become clear that 9 AMD excise tax is paid for one package of Heets product. If taxpayers were properly paid, additional 530 million AMD would be added to the state budget. Details are in the video.
