Davit Babayan: After the subversive act, the enemy had losses, which it hided
Touching upon the failed attempt of the enemy in one of the positions of the Defense Army, the spokesman of the Artsakh Republic President David Babayan said that the opponent periodically addresses such steps to check the readiness and vigilance of the Armenian side. "Nothing extraordinary happened. This time they tried again and completely failed. In general, the situation continues to be controlled, and there cannot be weakness and panic from our side," said Babayan. Speaking about the recent situation at the Artsakh-Azerbaijan contact line, the spokesman said that the situation is stable but the main guarantee of that stability is that the Armenian side is always ready. On August 17, at 00:00, the group of the Azerbaijani forces consisting of 15 people launched an attack attempt at the direction of one of the military units located in the northern part of Artsakh’s Defense Army. The Defense Army units detected the actions of the Azerbaijani side on time and pushed them back to their starting positions.
