Foreign Ministry spokesman Tigran Balayan to be appointed ambassador - Aravot.am
Commenting on Aravot's request of commenting on the rumors that he will be appointed Ambassador in one of the European countries, Tigran Balayan, the spokesman for the Foreign Ministry of 2010, the Armenian Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, replied: "Please do not consider this as a direct answer to your question. In general, the procedure for appointing ambassadors is long enough and requires certain ceremonial actions, as a result of which the relevant decree of the state is published. Until the publication of this document, the rumors on ambassadors appointment and recall are not interpreted."
