Statistical Committee deals only with documentation (video)
Today, Head of the Statistical Committee Stepan Mnatsakanyan told reporters before the government session that the Statistical Committee deals exclusively with documentation, international methodology, definitions, information sources, information processing and distribution tools. To the question whether the revolution influenced people's moods so that they would not emigrate, Mnatsakanyan said that according to the constitution, each and every body is obligated to engage in the powers delegated to it by law. It should be noted that in the first half of this year the negative index of departures and arrivals was about 6000 people, instead of the previous 37 thousand.
