Golden and bronze medals from European Youth Informatics Olympiad
From July 26 to August 1, Armenia's team of European Youth Informatics Olympiad returned with two medals from the Russian city of İnnopolis. Aleaqsnder Abelyan (9th grade) pupil of Quantum College won the gold medal and Emil Kostanyan (9th grade) of A. Shahinyan Physics Special School won a bronze medal. 80 participants from 21 European countries participated in the Olympiad. The Armenian team, represented by two participants, was led by Yerevan State University lecturer Armen Andreasyan.
