"I consider it extremely disturbing that the second president of the Republic is under criminal prosecution. If there were serious legal arguments, I think that these arguments should have been presented in the press release. The press release, however, does not contain legal elements, moreover, I see here serious mistaken interpretations both of the law and terminology," member of the RPA faction, former Minister of Justice Davit Harutyunyan told journalists today, referring to the accusation against Robert Kocharyan.
