Five citizens of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan detained
Employees of the Frontier Department of the Federal Security Service of Russia in the Republic of Armenia detained 5 violators on the Armenian-Turkish border. Russian border guards at the Artashat border guard detachment stopped the activities of a criminal group that was trying to illegally enter Armenia. During the operational search activities, 5 citizens of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan were detained. The violators are transferred to the law enforcement bodies of the Republic of Armenia in the order established by the legislation. Currently, a set of necessary measures is being carried out to find out all the circumstances of the incident.
