Azatutyun: Vachagan Ghazaryan pays a 1 billion AMD bail on court
Vachagan Ghazaryan, the former chief of Armenia's third president Serzh Sargsyan's bodyguard, has paid a 1 billion-dollar bail on the court, Marina Ohanjanyan, spokesman for the Special Investigative Service, told Azatutyun today. It is not known yet whether Ghazaryan was released from custody. Vachagan Ghazaryan was detained a month ago on suspicion of getting rich illegally, as well as falsifying data in the declarations provided by the RA Law on Public Service and hiding the data subject to declaration.
