A new plant will open in Armenia. Today in the Business Armenia a memorandum of cooperation was signed, for which 8500000 dollars will be invested and a new plant for the production of stainless steel equipment will be opened. The memorandum was signed by the head of the Businessmen Support Group Hayk Mirzoyan and the representative of the Lebanese investor - the director of the company "Arga Yurostil" Karen Aslanyan. The plant will open in the community of Aramus of the Kotayk region. Construction works of the new plant started in October last year. "Production will mainly be used for hotel and restaurant construction. Twenty-four working places will be created, the construction of the plant will be completed by the end of August. In October, work will begin. The main exporting countries are the EAEU countries, Georgia, Iran," Hayk Mirzoyan said. The first goal of investments in Armenia is to return home with the family. "Having come here, we realized that there is great potential here. We started the investment four years ago. We are going to make other investments, there are several projects in the field of solar, night lighting," Karen Aslanyan said. Executive Director of Business Armenia Avak Avalyan noted that the number of investors in Armenia decreased, the reason was the elections. "So it is accepted all over the world - there is always a pause before elections, but interest has increased. The purpose of investment in 2018 is 46 million drams."
