Arsen Baghryan as Wushu World Champion
On July 9-15, the World Junior Wushu Championship was held in Brazil. 400 athletes from 45 countries were participating in this championship. According to Artsakh Football Federation's Facebook page, Arsen Baghryan (48 kg) from Artsakh, headed by trainer David Grigoryan, became world champion and Vardan Abrahamyan (65 kg) won the bronze medal. Both athletes represented Armenia in this championship.
