President Armen Sargsyan congratulated newly elected President of the Republic of Colombia Iván Duque Márquez on his election to the post. The congratulatory message runs as follows: "I heartily congratulate you on your election to the post of President of the Republic of Colombia, wishing success and achievements in the process of your responsible mission.
