Residents of Taron 5 in Shengavit administrative district have to wake up early and sometimes wake up in nights to do the laundry or to take bathe. More than a month there are regular interruptions in the dormitory. The pressure is sometimes so weak that the water does not reach the upper floors of the building, often for the same reason they cannot use water heaters. Due to the lack of water, residents are unable to meet the basic household requirements and are forced to use disposable dishes. Residents claim that Veolia Djur does not warn about water interruptions and they bring different reasons every time. And when they warn, the residents collect water, but they do not turn off it. By the way, complaints are not only from this building, but also from different addresses. Veolia Djur clarifies that a major accident took place at Araratyan 3,4 on Saturday, due to which  the deep wells of the Ararat Valley usually is driven to the southernmost parts of the capital in July and August. Meanwhile, citizens claim that the problem was before that.
