Andrey Ghukasyan comes to Tumanyan by bus (video)
Lori Deputy Governor Andrey Ghukasyan was in Tumanyan today for a familiarization visit. The basis for the latter's visit were the complaints of the residents. The Deputy Governor met with the administrative representatives and residents of the settlements of the Tumanyan community. By the way, Andrey Ghukasyan came to Tumanyan by bus.
