The criticisms against Artsakh are not new, and our army should be always ready, says Suren Sargsyan, international affairs specialist.

When one threats to start a war, the he/she has to have coresponding weapons, and Azerbaijan always prooves that by buying weapons, Suren Sargsyan states.
"Azerbaijan, compain the contrast with Armenia, acquires weapons from different countries, and we get them only from Russia. Recently, Azerbaijan has bought two helicopters from the USA which can be used for both rescue and military purposes. We are still tring to find out how it happened that those helicopters appeared in the Azerbaijani military forces."
