Silva Adamyan: There is no law that does not allow individuals to keep animals (video)
Today, Silva Adamyan, Head of the Center for Bird Lovers company, told journalists that there are large numbers of not-free animals in Armenia, most of which are in private collections. "This is a commen phenomenon in Armenia, and this problem has been raised for many years. Many letters to the Ministry of Nature Protection say that there is no law that does not allow individuals to keep animals." Nare Aramyan, Armenian representative of the "Pro Pause" British Revolutionary Guard Nare Aramyan notes that it has been spoken about for 20 years, and this is the only area in which has been made no progress.
