Statement on changes of staff break hours at passport services (video)
STATEMENT ON CHANGES OF STAFF BREAK HOURS AT PASSPORT SERVICES In order to improve the quality of service ordered by the Chief of Police of the Republic of Armenia, the passport and visa department, as well as all the regional passport services, starting from 14/06/2018, are to have a break at 14.00-15.00. The assignment is conditioned by the fact that in almost every institution the staff breaks are organized at 13.00-14.00, which coincided with the staff break at passport services, and was a barrier to providing free time for regulating passport issues.
