Elizavetta Danielyan not elected as judge of Constitutional Court (video)
Elizavetta Danielyan, Judge of Criminal Chamber of the RA Cassation Court, nomiated by the General Assembly of the RA Judges for the vacant position of the Constitutional Court (CC) was not elected. Chairman of the NA Counting Committee Gagik Melikyan announced that 54 out of 105 deputies took part in the voting. 36 votes for and 17 votes against were recorded and one ballot paper was declared invalid.
