Shahen Avagyan appointed presidential advisor
Armenian President Armen Sarkissian has a new advisor. He signed a decree on appointing Shahen Avagyan as advisor to the President of the Republic of Armenia. It should be noted that Shahen Avagyan was Secretary General of the Foreign Ministry for many years and has been dismissed by the decree of Prime Minister Pashinyan.
