Hrayr Tovmasyan refuses to asner journalists' questions (video)
President of the Constitutional Court Hrayr Tovmasyan did not want to answer q'uestions in Tsitsernakaberd, stressing that he could not comment on anything. He did not comment on the Prime Minister's resignation, as well as other issues related to the domestic political situation. "Hrayr Tovmasyan cannot speak of any event. Excuse me, respect this day, I do not want to give any interview," he said. To the journalist's question whether he would resign personally or not, he replied: "I cannot say anything."
