“There is no consensus in the Yelk faction on fighting against Serzh Sargsyan becoming the next Prime Minister,” Edmon marukyan said to reporters today.
“There are three ways, both those three have not become one option. If there is a party that wants to act on its own, then we do not mind.”
He noted that the faction would continue to act the way it had always acted, according to its memorandum; but there were disagreements concerning that issue. There was a component of rallies in the 3 forces’ programs, but there were differences in tactical actions.
“It is unacceptable for us that Serzh Sargsyan passes the third term of office, but there are differences in the ways of preventing that. Our roadmap is designed according to the logic of the Yelk, and it has not been discussed beyond its logic. ”
Edmon Marukyan stated that the Yelk faction did not split, simply the Bright Armenia and Republic parties would not hinder the Civil Fight party to implement its programs.
