Building shops on greenswards
Anahit Bakhshyan, a member of the Yerevan Yelk (Way Out) faction, warns that shops are being build on greenswards in Yerevan's Malatia-Sebastia administrative district. She wrote about this on her Facebook page. "I'm standing on the greenswards of Raffi Street in Malatia district and taking pictures of a series of booths that are being built on greenswards. The construction permits for these kiosks are given at AMD 25,000 a year, after being constructed, their rent will cost ten times more. It does not suffice to destroy the city, and the city budget does not enter into serious sums by which to repair the buildings of the kindergartens that have been abandoned. Is this a government in the capital? People say that this is a trafficking. " They do not only destroy the city but do not let sufficient money to enter the budget so that they could repair the building of those kindergardens that are ignored. Is it called governing the capital? As people say it is a disaster."
