Armen Rustamyan, the head of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation (ARF) faction considers Serzh Sargsyan's recent statement on community leaders as a political statement. He does not agree that for many years Serzh Sargsyan has sponsored the theft of community leaders because they have provided fraud of the Republicans during all the elections. "One can say many things about political statements." This time, Mr. Rustamyan does not agree with the expression that "the fish is rotted from the head." He stated, "The fish can be rotted from everywhere, it depends on the fish."
