It is already 4 months that the "Arar" program has been launched in the provinces, with 11 self-help groups created for different directions. RA Deputy Minister of Culture Artur Poghosyan mentioned that there were similar groups in the past as well, but this format is more interactive and the results will be more visible. The project will be funded from the 2018 state budget.
