The National Assembly has ratified all the projects yesterday, now the budget is being discussed (video)
In the National Assembly, all the drafts discussed yesterday were discussed today as well. The head of the Yelk (Way out) faction, Nikol Pashinyan, stated: "Republican MP Samvel Aleksanyan is not present, but I do not know how, but he is voting miraculously in absentia. I ask you to mark his absence in the protocols. We have passed 90% of votes, but Aleksanyan has not been present, but he voted," said the NA Speaker Galust Sahakyan. After the voting, the National Assembly began discussing the draft state budget of 2018. It was presented by RA Minister of Finance Vardan Aramyan. He noted that 111 proposals were received by MPs and factions for the final version of the draft.
