Tips for communicating with police (video)
According to the RA Constitution, the cases and conditions are defined on when and how police can deal with citizens. Any police officer who is applying to a citizen should make an understandable explanation of the reasons for which the he approached the citizen, as well as tje officer should introduce his rights and obligations. The rights of citizens which they have while communicating with police officers are presented in the video, Unified Citizens Association reports.
