COACHES IN YEREVAN ARE PAID $7-8 MILLION ANNUALLY

In the framework of the program on "Press against Corruption" the Minister explained the versions of corruption in education field. He stated people's willingness to pay and teachers' social state lead to corruption to be formed in schools .
Only in Yerevan coaches are yearly paid $ 7-8 million . The half of school-leavers enters universities only after having been coached additionally. "If it were possible to remove those sums from the private pocket into the State one, the situation would be much better " ,- the Minister says. According to him, as a result, schools will be controlled better and financing of education field will increase. At present the education field is financed by % 35 from the State budget.
