Support A1+!Today the trial on Mushegh Saghatelyan's case was over in the Review Court.
Saghatelyan and his counsel for the defence made speeches for the defence and Koryun Piloyan made that one for the prosecution. The defender's speech and demand for acquittal were well-reasoned while the prosecutor's was repeating the same read out in the First Instance Court.
In his speech for defence Mushegh Saghatelyan asked the Court to consider the case carefully before delivering a judgement . "Don't deliver a judgement like that one by the First Instance Court. If you want Armenia to become a legal country, act within law and jurisprudence!" .
