"NOYAN TAPAN"S REPRESENTATIVE WAS ASKED TO LEAVE THE COURT HALL
Support A1+!Today the Chamber of Civic and Economic Cases heard the claim by "Noyan Tapan" TV Company against TV and Radio National Commission. Let's remind that "Noyan Tapan " demanded to declare invalid the licensing tender by TV and Radio National Commission on programs' broadcasting and the results of the tender .
The subpoena to the TV company said the hearing of the case would be at 11:00 AM. Liparit Simonyan, the representative of "Noyan Tapan" demanded the Court to set an exact time for it, saying he had another hearing of a case to take part in. Judge Arman Mkrtumyan asked Simonyan to leave the Court hall for disturbing the session . The other representatives of "Noyan Tapan" left the Hall offendedly, too.
Nevertheless, the Court heard "Noyan Tapan"s claim in the absence of the representatives . As to the decision, Mr Mkrtumyan refused "Noyan Tapan"s claim against TV and Radio National Commission .
