Court rejects suit against 1000 drams
Today the Court of General Jurisdiction of Kentron and Nork Marash Administrative Districts of Yerevan rejected the suit of HCA Vanadzor office employees against the payments stipulated by the RA Law on "Compensation for Damage Caused to the Life and Health of the Servicemen during Defense of the Republic of Armenia." To remind, the employees of HCA Vanadzor applied to the court on March 21, 2017. Details are available here
