Jirayr Sefilyan, Commander of the Shushi Special Battalion, asked the Defender to identify a 300-member armed group, who, according to the Prosecutor General, had to make a coup d'etat on April 24, 2015. "Who are those 300 people who are in the RA and are not found out? Dear court, I do not want to live in a country where there is a threat that suddenly 300 armed people will make a coup d'etat, and the prosecutor's office does not do anything. The Prosecutor General, heads of the legal and the investigative bodies keep running their offices, meanwhile Sefilyan is accused of commanding a group consisting of 300 people. Please, find out those people, if not, resign then," said Tigran Hayrapetyan today. He was convinced that the accusation of mass disorders was a disguised political issue. "I state that Zhirayr Sefilyan and members of the Founding Parliament, who are charged on this, are political prisoners," added Tigran Hayrapetyan. But before that, a computer expert, working in the Founding Parliament, had already published his testimony. Defender Arayik Papikyan announced that the accusation conclusion was not true. "The accusatory conclusion states that he saved Jirayr Sefilyan's and others' calls in the computer and shared them, the witness had not given such testimony. Nothing is written, so the indictment has distorted the reality, pointed to an unusual circumstance." Today Gevorg Safaryan, accused of organizing mass disorders, was brought to the courtroom even though the sanction had not been expired yet. Tatevik Grigoryan, however, did not allow Gevorg Safaryan to make a statement from the place threatening to remove him from the courtroom. Today, Arayik Papikyan, one of the lawyers filed a petition to the court for questioning a group of people, including Armen Lambaryan, a member of the Sasna Tsrer.
