One more MP Aghasi Arshakyan gave testimony at today’s hearing on October 27 terrorist action case.

When the criminals rushed into the Parliament session room it seemed to him that a massacre began. His only thought was “to escape from the room". He reached the next seat’s row by climbing, then climbed over one of his colleagues and eventually found himself before the door. Arshakyan tried to open the door with his left hand but it was in vain. He thought in desperation that the terrorists locked all the doors and he was wrong when went out of his seat. “I’m completely visible here and can be killed”, said he to himself. Then he tried to open the door with right hand and that time … the door fortunately opened. Arshakyan slipped away, then rolled down the staircase in accounting department direction. He heard shooting and explosions on the radio in one of the Parliament rooms. It seemed to him that “a massive slaughter was going on”.

Then the lawmaker phoned home to reassure his family that he wasn’t in the session room. His further speculation brought him to the conclusion that he “had nothing to do there”. So, the MP went with his fellow-parliamentarian to latter’s home, where they also waisted no time. “We drank to take easy what happened”, Arshakyan confessed.
