On October 19, the State Youth Orchestra of Armenia is going to present the rock musician Serj Tankian's Orca Symphony in the 5th Khachaturian International Festival. The orchestra, led by the conductor Sergey Smbatyan, performed the final preparations in the Conservatory Hall today. As Armenian-American composer, musician Serj Tankian said, it is a great honor for him that within the framework of Khachaturian International Festival, the State Youth Orchestra of Armenia will perform his symphony. "They play very well and right, only a few adjustments will be made before the festival. I am very excited." The Orca Symphony, first introduced in Armenia, consists of four sections representing the life of the orca or killer whale. The musician compares the killer whale with people saying that they can be good and bad, there are many colors inside, and each of them decides whether to go to the light and believe in life.
