Edward Nalbandian meets with the OSCE General Secretary (video)
On September 22, Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian met with Thomas Greminger, General Secretary of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) in New York. Congratulating Thomas Griminger on assuming the post of OSCE General Secretary , Minister Ewdard Nalbandian underlined that despite the veto applied by Azerbaijan as a result of its self-isolation policy, Armenia is ready to continue implementing OSCE programs in the country. The interlocutors discussed a wide range of issues related to cooperation within the framework of the OSCE, and ways of solving the problems facing the organization. The Armenian Foreign Minister and the OSCE General Secretary exchanged views on the implementation of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chair countries' proposals for promoting the process of peaceful settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict.
